In the industry zone I-8 in Hoče (a community near Maribor) MTB is constructing a variety of commercial buildings, covering a 41,820m2 area. At this location we are building our new concrete mixing plant and our new commercial / warehouse center MTB. At the same location another commercial / warehouse center is under construction for VODOTEHNA, a known investor.
