Terrace houses LIMBUŠ

In Limbuš, a suburb of Maribor, we built three series of terrace houses. The houses are located close to the center and enable walking distance to the kindergarten, elementary school, health care center, pharmacy, and a supermarket. The whole set of houses is connected to the main road with its own blind-road, which offers no traffic, less noise and a safe child play.  

The size of land varies from 180,6m2 and 294m2. The houses offer 189,25m2 net living area, divided through basement, ground floor, and first floor. In front of the house is a covered parking spot for one car.
