Profit center PC PLETERJE is the basis of MTB group and company. It includes the aggregate pit with aggregate separation in Pleterje, and the concrete mixing plant in Hajdina. In June, at the latest, will the Hajdina plant be replaced by the under-development concrete mixing plant located within the aggregate pit. More recent addition to PC Pleterje will happen in February, when the new under-construction concrete mixing plant in Hoče will start operating.

PC Pleterje

The aggregate pit Pleterje has a monthly pumping capacity of 100.000 m3. It has an on-site aggregate crushing machine, with a capacity of 50m3 per hour. The acquired material is used for the construction of Slovenian expressway and public road infrastructure, and for mixing various certified concrete types within our own concrete mixing plants.

Concrete mixing plant Hajdina has a capacity of 60m3 per hour. With the ability of heating the water and air, the mixing plant can operate during low temperatures, which is important for winter time. It has a recycling device for reusing the spare water, by sending it back to the mixer.

Extraction of aggregate in aggregate pit Pleterje

The, two under-construction, sister concrete mixing plants HOČE and PLETERJE will be automatic, type HB 2000. Each will have a capacity to mix 2,0m³ of vibrated concrete, which enables the capacity of each concrete mixing plant to be 60m³ per hour. The mixer will be horizontal with two rotated horizontal axels, designed to mix transport and technological concrete. Both will be equipped with a water and air heater, to enable mixing and production of concrete during low winter temperatures, as well as a recycling device for reusing the spare water.
